The Lieutenant Governor's Circle on Mental Health and Addiction presented the 2019 True Awards and Donald S. Ethell Youth Awards at a ceremony at Government House on August 22.
The awards recognize individual Albertans and organizations who have made remarkable contributions to increasing awareness and promoting compassion related to mental illness.
