On May 7, The Lieutenant Governor's Circle on Mental Health & Addiction co-hosted a free public lecture and live webcast with respected child psychologist Dr. Jean Clinton. The program explored the critical role of loving relationships in developing the brain, building resilience and fostering mental health in children and youth.
